Orders may be fulfilled through our own facilities, manufacturing partners, or third-party fulfillment locations depending on inventory availability and delivery destination. Standard order processing is generally 2–4 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may require up to 5 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Please review our Shipping Policy for current shipping rates, estimated delivery windows, tracking procedures, international fulfillment information, and delivery issue procedures.

Delivery estimates depend on destination. Our standard estimated delivery windows after dispatch are:

• United States: 10–15 business days
• Canada: 11–16 business days
• United Kingdom: 11–16 business days
• Australia: 11–16 business days
• Other International Destinations: 15–20 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, public holidays, local disruptions, or other circumstances outside normal delivery operations.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your shipment appears lost, or your order is significantly delayed, please contact: service@tavqeno.com. We will review the available shipping information and help determine an appropriate resolution. We do not automatically reject a claim solely because tracking shows a particular delivery status. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or confirmed lost shipments will be handled according to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Purchases may qualify for return or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Preference-based returns and returns involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products may be handled differently. Please review the Return & Refund Policy before initiating a return. Products must not be sent to our registered business address unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so. Approved return requests will receive the appropriate return instructions.
